Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

Respond to communication from Mix Way LLC in a timely manner.
Ensure that you have the legal right to use any content, logos, images, or trademarks you provide for use in marketing or on websites.

Payment Terms
The payment terms for our services will be agreed upon in a separate contract or invoice. We accept payments through various methods including credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
Payments for services must be made according to the schedule outlined in the invoice.

In case of a late payment, we reserve the right to withhold deliverables or services until payment is made.
Service Availability

However, we do not guarantee the availability of services at all times, and we will not be held liable for any disruptions in service due to technical issues, internet outages, or other factors beyond our control.
Client Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide to Mix Way LLC for use in your marketing campaigns or websites, including logos, images, videos, and text. By submitting content, you grant Mix Way LLC the right to use, modify, and display it in connection with the services provided.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of providing services.
Mix Way LLC will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services rendered, Mix Way LLC will transfer ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website design, content, marketing materials) to the client. This does not include any proprietary software, templates, or intellectual property owned by
Mix Way LLC before or during the project.
Limitation of Liability
Mix Way LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will Mix Way LLC be held liable for any damages exceeding the total amount paid for the specific services provided.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for any services rendered up to the termination date.
If you decide to cancel any services, you must notify us in writing at least 3 days before the next payment or service renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are generally not provided unless otherwise agreed upon in the service agreement or contract. However, we will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns you may have regarding our services. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the final product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, United States.
Changes to Terms of Service
